Fixed MPEG-1/2 file reader updated. This update corrects the issues listed below.
* Improved the MPEG-1/2 file importation when the VBV buffer size value is smaller than what is expected from the file characteristics, but is still within the limits.
* Only the audio stream from some TS files would be loaded in spite of having a compatible video stream.

Added MPEG-2 + AAC WTV file support (The audio part of a WTV file converted into a MPEG-2 PS file by the Source Wizard may not play correctly in Windows Media Player).

Added Input support for the Microsoft TV recorder file format "WTV". (WTV file importation is possible on the computer that recorded the file, or can create such files, and are not copy-protected.)
Improved Improved memory usage for when the memory is too low, "Insufficient memory," "Invalid sample format," or other errors would display. Because of this improvement:

* Memory usage has been dramatically lowered when enabling the "Clip linking" option of the Track settings.
* The negative affects of large memory address space usage are limited, especially in Windows XP.
* Memory usage has been lowered when registering a large amount of chapters in a project.
* Limits the usage of the file importation cache when the host computer contains a large memory.

Improved Updated the MP4/AVCHD file reader. This new version:

* Allows the reading of some files that could not be imported before.
* Fixes a doubled playback speed issue.
* Fixes a pink video noise appearing in certain configurations.
* Fixes a bold stripe pattern noise appearing in certain configurations.

Improved YUV color space information contained in the source file is now taken in account when imported through the MP4/AVCHD File Reader. If no color space information is available, the BT.709 or SMPTE 170M color space is automatically selected according to the pixel rate.
Improved The MPEG file reader can now import a PTS data-only MPEG file.
Improved The Dolby Digital decoder continues outputting audio even after encountering corrupted data.
Improved Some specific chapter thumbnail pictures from certain DVD-Video data could not be imported.
Improved Following a silence, the audio uniformization filter could highly increase the volume, resulting in an explosion-like effect. The improved filter reduces the occurence of such an issue.

Version 4.0.7.32 - November 9, 2009
Added Support for the AAC 5.1 channel format. (Allows the importation of AAC audio up to 5.1 channels when included in an MPEG-2 TS file). A new option in the Clip Audio properties allows you to manually specify the number of audio channels when importing AAC audio.
Fixed Importation: MPEG files with an invalid trailer would not be imported.
Fixed Importation: The MPEG demultiplexer's valid header search range has been doubled, allowing some unreadable files to be imported.
Fixed Menu: When in DivX Ultra output mode, the Menu Wizard would be set to the "Track menu only" option even when the project contained several tracks.
Fixed Menu: When displaying the Global menu settings window in the Menu editor, the menu display would change from List mode to Editor mode. This correction prevents the menu display from changing.
Fixed Menu: When changing the Chapter display in the Global menu settings window of the Menu editor, the thumbnail picture in the Menu page list would not update properly.
Fixed Menu: In the Global menu settings, changed content would not update properly depending on the local menu settings and the user control restriction settings.
Fixed Menu: An error would sometime arise when enabling/disabling the menu display in the Chapter display setting of the Global menu settings.
Fixed DVD-Video timecode recording method changed for better precision. Correct players would display a playback duration up to 0.1% longer. (Player correctly processing the timecode displays a playback duration 0.1% lower)
Fixed When copying a clip from a DVD-Video target to a BDMV target by using the clipboard, the audio error protection settings would not perform correctly, and would then become a verifier error later.
Fixed In BDMV target mode, when moving a clip by dragging and dropping to an empty track, the MPEG profile would not be copied correctly, making the track settings become invalid.
Fixed In the DivX default settings of the Preferences, the MPEG-3 audio bitrate could not be specified properly.
Fixed The help file could not be displayed from the Options menu of the Batch authoring tool.
Fixed In the clip Cut editor stage, the range and seek bar's cursor positions would shift after setting a clip range then displaying the Audio filter settings window.

Fixed When in PAL DVD-Video mode with Smart Rendering prioritized (automatic setting), fully re-encoded materials would have a non-standard GOP length.

Find scene changes with a single click.

It can be tedious to look for all of the scene changes in your video clips, especially when you've got hours of footage. This is where Smart Scene Search comes in. While editing, all you have to do is click your middle mouse button to the right or the left of the playhead in the thumbnail preview to automatically find the next or previous scene change. This makes it easy to set key frames, find a good place to cut scenes, or split your clip.

Custom Menus

Want to make something truly unique? Then choose to create a custom menu where you can alter practically everything about your menu. Change the background to a personal photo, make your own navigation buttons, add graphical effects to your chapter thumbnails, alter page titles, and more. When you're all done, you can even save your menu as a template so you can use it over and over again.
Add a note page.

Add note pages to your menus that can contain actor bios, production notes, trivia, history, extra images, or whatever else your imagination can come up with. (Not available for DivX ULTRA menus.)
Highlight editor.

Change the way menu items are highlighted with the highlight editor. Maybe you want the play button to be outlined, or maybe you want the whole button to be highlighted when you select it. You can also change the highlight colors.
Menu item effects.

With custom menus, you can add effects to each menu item (buttons, thumbnails, title text, etc.). Add a drop shadow to all of your text, change the color of your chapter thumbnails to a sepia tone, rotate your buttons, change the opacity of your menu title, and much, much more.

You can use a video in place of menu items such as backgrounds and buttons, and animate your track and chapter thumbnails to give your menus that extra professional touch. Smart Rendering.
Edit and output in a flash.

Smart Rendering allows you to output DivX, DVD or Blu-ray Disc compliant video without having to re-encode the entire movie file. This makes output extremely quick, and when you cut out a scene, only the video frames before and after the cut section will be re-encoded, saving you a ton of time and keeping the same quality as the original source file. Applicable clips will have a Smart Rendering icon in the Source stage of the program.

Simulation feature.
Test your creation before you output.

See what your Blu-ray/DVD/DivX project looks like before you output it with the Simulation feature. This will reproduce what your project will look like when you put it in a real DVD/Blu-ray player. Test out your menus, audio tracks, subtitles, and menu item effects that you've applied. We've even included controls that mimic a DVD remote so you can see what it would be like to navigate through your menus. Don't like what you see? Go back and make changes, then test it again.
Transcode feature.
Never worry about running out of space.

Sometimes you might have so much content that you can't fit it on the DVD. What do you do? You can get rid of some clips, or you can use the transcode feature which can automatically adjust the bitrate of your movie so that it will fit on your target media. Simply set your target media (DVD, Blu-ray Disc) or set a custom output size and TMPGEnc Authoring Works 4 will do the rest.

Please note that while lowering the bitrate decreases the file size of your movie, it will also decrease the quality as well.
Multiple tracks.
Up to 99 tracks per project.

Got a lot of footage? Add up to 99 video tracks to your project. That's 99 episodes, 99 home videos, 99 slideshows, 99 tracks of whatever video you've got! So go ahead and an extra track or two...or three...or four...
The firstplay track.
Add an intro video or logo.

The firstplay track will play once you insert your DVD or Blu-ray Disc into your player. Use it to include an introduction video, corporate logos, sponsorship logos, or whatever you can think of.
Fix your audio.
Make adjustments with audio filters.

Is your audio track a little out of sync? Use the audio gap correction to fix it. You can also adjust the volume levels, add fade in/out effects, and apply noise and signal reduction filters.

安装使用方法：

直接下载安装，一路YES，最后出现“Done”的提示就算安装完成。使用时进入菜单向导，第一页中选择“创造一个基于模板的基本菜单”，接着在左侧“Additional Templates”里面找。
